I put the ammo boxes on small mounts. Perhaps they're a bit high...?
Here are two PT-Boats, an early one with no radar and no bow-mounted gun, and a later one with both. The earlier one also has a single 20mm at the rear while the later one has twin Oerlikons.

This shot shows the torpedo attachment fairly well. Drill holes in the supporting arms for a brass rod to go through. Small elastic bands made of shirring elastic go around the torpedo and are held behind the rod.

..and the front 37mm gun has the same threaded mount as the life-raft - so you can make the boat as an early version or a late one, or swap between the two...
And finally, out to the pond. Note the scale-like sit in the water - compare this to full-size pictures...
I put a grille on the engine air intake - though I have never seen a picture of one they must have had something there?
The boat is light, so it has a lively speed on 7.2 volts. On the pond this looks perfectly in scale.
Now I need to make another couple, and we can run a squadron. This is where the low cost of EeZeBilts comes in handy...
I used a RadioActive 40mm prop sanded down to 32mm to absorb the power of the brushless motor. There seems to be no torque problem. Note the smaller rudder than was shown earlier - I found the turns to be very fierce at speed, so I cut it down...
